Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration up to 14 days prior to the meeting without penalty. You will receive a full refund promptly. Cancellations received after January 4, 2024 cannot be refunded. However, registration is transferable to a friend or associate, or if you decide not to use it we will credit it to a future meeting minus a $100 processing fee. No shows cannot be refunded.

Palm Springs International Airport (PSP)

News Flash: Southwest Airlines plans to begin flying through Palm Springs International Airport. The airline said it intends to begin year-round service through PSP starting later this year, according to a press release.

Dress Code

The dress code for active duty:

  • Thursday - Service dress (Air Force - blues with coat and tie) if a resident and presenting.  Service (no coat or tie) if not presenting is fine.
  • Friday and Saturday  - Service (no coat or tie required)
  • Sunday - causal civilian clothes for end of meeting and mock orals
  • No ABUs, fatigues, etc....

Civilians - business or business casual is fine.
