Learn directly from experienced faculty in small-group stations designed to build practical skills you can take back to your practice. This special workshop is included with your meeting registration, but advance RSVP is required as space will be limited.

Main Travel Dates: Arrival Wednesday, Jan 20 and stay through Sunday, Jan 24. Group rates available 3 days before and after based on availability.
Registered attendees staying at The Meritage on our exclusive group rates are entitled to complimentary self-parking.
Deadline: Cut-off date for group rate is December 20, 2026
Group Room Rates:
- Meritage room, Main Resort, $239 + $25 resort fee = $264
- Vineyard room, Main Resort, $269 + $25 resort fee = $294

Discounted Resort Fee: Our discounted resort fee is $25 per night plus tax (normally $49) and includes the following amenities and services:
- One (1) bottle of wine upon arrival (21+ only) alcohol-free substitution available upon request

Cancellation Policy
Reservations must be canceled or modified at least 3 days prior to arrival by 4:00 PM to avoid a late cancellation fee equal to one night's room and tax. Reservations made at least 72 hours prior to arrival may be canceled within 24 hours of booking.

Guarantee Policy
A one night non-refundable room & tax deposit is required at the time of booking.
Parking: At The Meritage Resort and Spa, self-parking is comp for hotel guests and valet parking is $15 per night.
EV Charging: there are six charging stations located at The Meritage Resort. Please note that a ChargePoint card is needed for payment, Tesla's required adapter. Please see our valet team for complete information when you arrive.
Shuttle Service: Hotel offers shuttle service to Downtown Napa 7 days a week. The shuttle drops off and picks up from the corner of Third Street and Main Street. The shuttle will depart from The Meritage Resort from 4pm to 10pm on the hour. The shuttle will depart from downtown from 4:30pm to 9:30pm on weekdays and until 10:30pm on weekends. Registration Materials
You may pick-up your registration materials and badge beginning at 2pm on Wednesday in the meeting area
Cancellation Policy
You may cancel your registration up to 14 days prior to the meeting without penalty. You will receive a full refund promptly. Cancellations received after this date cannot be refunded. However, registration is transferable to a friend or associate, or if you decide not to use it we will credit it to a future meeting minus a $100 processing fee. No shows cannot be refunded
Meeting Conduct
All attendees are expected to conduct themselves in a collegial and respectful manner and strive to foster a safe, inclusive, and collaborative atmosphere. Inappropriate conduct, including but not limited to harassment; threatening physical or verbal actions; or disorderly or disruptive conduct, will not be tolerated. SGSU reserves the right to take any action deemed necessary and appropriate, including immediate removal from the meeting without refund.
